Aryan Khan, son of mega star Shah Rukh Khan was arrested by the NCB for his involvement in a drug party on a cruise along with some of his friends. Now he will be kept in jail, instead of detaining under custody of drugs control agency, said a Mumbai court. His other friends and accused of same charges including Arbaaz Merchant will also be treated like him. “I am of the view that no custodial interrogation is required as sufficient time was given,” said the judge. Minutes after the statement, Aryan Khan’s lawyer filed petition for bail, that is going to be heard tomorrow.
Shah Rukh’s 23-year-old son will spend his night at drug control agency office, as mandatory covid-test has not been done and transfer hours were already passed.
After the arrest of super star actor, 16 other people were arrested for their involvement in the drug case and organising the party.
